What are your job responsibilities?
As Asbestos Removal Supervisor, I am responsible for supervising, and help crew members during the performance of removal of asbestos, mold, lead and hazardous, while adhering to company polies and procedures regarding remedition.

What do you like about Banner Environmental and the Environmental Services Industry?
I love many roles, including the opportunity to add positive role models, using my knowledge as an opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and meet company goals, while I am helping and guiding my co-workers. Another favorite part of my job is that it allows me to use my most confident and mastered skills. It is gratifying to know that I can complete my work to the best of my ability. The opportunity to further develop my skills, while implementing them by guiding and supervising my peers. Producing good quality work to continue motivating to improve every day.
What is your toughest challenge at work?
One of the most difficult challenges I have had has been to guide the members of the work and not follow the instructions to follow. But through this challenge I learned to improve my communication with each one of them. I learned that each person is different by following instructions. Today it is no longer a challenge, it is learning to be a better leader.
What’s your best career advice?
My advice to anyone who wants to join this career is that it will be the best decision you could make. Since through this career many skills are developed that help us physically and mentally to be a better person. And you meet people here, where you share every day, and they become family.
Who inspires you?
This inspiration comes from me and my family. This career is a great advance in the economic, physical and mental. I wanted to be a better person and continue to grow professionally.
What do most people not know about you?
Something about me that few people know is that I am very sensitive. I feel a lot of empathy and sensitivity with other people. I really like helping others, and trying to accommodate people so that they feel good. I also like to guide people to be organized and help them set goals that help them improve their lives.
What do you like to do for fun?
I like spending time with my family, getting to know different places ( water park, resort), I also like to read and enrich my knowledge. I am person whon always likes to learn something new.

I would like to know Mexico and Colombia.
What accomplishment are you most proud of (inside or outside of Banner)?
One of my greatest achievements in this career has been learning to use my communication skills. Understanding that each person is different and needs to be understood. Through this career I have also learned to develop more physical abilities and thinking skills that have helped me with my performance.
